Manipulation of the Measurement

The **sliders** can be used to vary the initial
conditions of the measurement. The sliders have no
influence on a running measurement, but the initial values of the following measurement can be
selected.

The **toggle switch** adjacent to the control panel can be used
to switch between isothermal **compression
and expansion**. The adjustable range of the initial volume is adapted to the selected direction
of
the change of state (compression/ expansion). The initial volume is increased or decreased by a
**factor of 3 in each case**.

A maximum of **5 isothermal curves** are displayed in the p, V
diagram. The further recording of isotherms
leads to the step-by-step replacement of the isotherms already displayed in the order in which they
were created.

**Double-click in the diagram to zoom** in on the drawn
isotherms. Alternatively, you can use the left
mouse button to drag and drop a zoom window and thus specify the area to zoom in on. Double-click
again in the diagram to exit the zoom mode.
